To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unfitted
  • Returned in original packaging
  • In resaleable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email)

All returned goods will be inspected before a refund is processed.

If you purchased in-store or selected Click & Collect:

  • Return the item to our store within 30 days
  • Bring your invoice or order confirmation
  • Items will be inspected before a refund or credit is issued
